Our Return Policy is an opportunity for us to demonstrate our honesty and transparency to you. We value customer feedback and use it to continually improve our products and services. Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us and we encourage you to request a refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied. Your comfort and happiness is our top priority and we strongly advise you to take advantage of our return policy.

Initiating a return with Ciyapa is just as simple as placing an order. You can initiate a return request by contacting us via email at [email protected], or by phone/WhatsApp at +91 9993182625. Let us know about your concerns and we will assist you in the return process.

Please ensure that the garment is unused and in good condition before initiating a return.

Refund

Once we receive return shipment, 100% refund will be initiated within 24 hours. The refund will be done through the same payment mode from which the payment was done.

1) If you have done online payment, your refund will be credited into your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.

2) In Case of refund for Cash on Delivery items, the refund will be initiated after the customer shares the details of the bank account through call or email. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2-5 business days.

Cash On Delivery Appeal ✌

Using the "cash on delivery" option as a form of entertainment and refusing it at the time of delivery is a punishable offense.

We invest a lot of efforts financially and emotionally for every order we pack. 

We kindly ask you to only place "cash on delivery" orders if you intend to accept the parcel upon delivery. 

Note- Card payments are not accepted as a form of payment for "cash on delivery" orders. Either pay using Cash or other online payment methods (like GPAY, PAYTM, etc.).
